佳节欢聚：每逢中国传统节日，我们都会搞一些特定的欢聚活动，这也是里九外七的典型个性之一。我们将根据传统佳节习俗安排众人参与活动，并根据预约人数准备饮食。
私宅俱乐部：里九外七小院非常适合10－30人的小型沙龙，以及家人、同学或朋友聚餐、聚会，这里完全是一种私宅氛围，大家可以进行很多自助活动，象在家里开PARTY一样。
创意性公司会议：这是一个开放、活跃、急需创意的年代，写字楼里一成不变的会议室格局也许早已限制了大家的思维，何不躲进小院儿成一统，打破上下级之间的紧张与隔阂，在葫芦架下其乐融融地品上几杯香茗，让brainstorming来的更猛烈些呢？
